Central & Southern Ohio HIMSS is very grateful for all past support of our chapter. Without corporate support, an organization such as ours could not exist.
To better serve our members and our sponsors, the CSOHIMSS Chapter Sponsorship program has been completely revamped. Now, there are four levels: Presidential, Ambassador, Advocacy, and Special Event. If you wish to sponsor the CSOHIMSS Chapter, please complete the Chapter Sponsorship Registration.
Presidential ($1,000 per year):
- CSOHIMSS Event Sponsor (Both Spring & Fall) with two passes for each. This includes presentation time to address attendees as a whole.
- Sponsor speaker at Spring or Fall conference.
- PowerPoint splash at beginning, lunch, and end of conference.
- Sponsorship during CSOHIMSS National luncheon at HIMSS annual conference. This includes presentation time to address attendees as a whole.
- Sponsor display table and introductions at Events.
- Logo featured on CSOHIMSS website Sponsorship page with direct link to vendor site.
- Attendee List for Events.
Ambassador ($500 per year):
- CSOHIMSS Event Sponsor (Spring or Fall) with two passes or Sponsorship during CSOHIMSS National luncheon at HIMSS annual conference. This includes presentation time to address attendees as a whole.
- Sponsor display table and introductions at Event.
- Logo featured on CSOHIMSS website Sponsorship page with direct link to vendor site.
- Attendee List for Event.
Advocacy ($250 per year):
- Table in the Statehouse Atrium for the display of Sponsor’s Information.
- Logo and organization listing in Ohio HIMSS Advocacy Day leave-behind materials.
- Logo on Ohio HIMSS Advocacy Day webpage with links to sponsor’s website.
- Logo on Ohio HIMSS Advocacy Day Displays positioned prominently at gatherings.
- Lunch and Reception at the Statehouse Atrium for sponsor attendees.
- 8 drink coupons for the Statehouse Atrium Reception.
- HIMSS Participants will be able to receive CPHIMS continuing education certification points.
Special Event ($150 per event):
- Road Show sponsor with meeting, food, and space provided additionally by sponsor(s).
